PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
Responsible for managingand supportingOmni-channel all seasoninventory utilization and all season operations to grow up top lines sales ensuring profitability and maximizing inventory productivity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for managing Omni-channel all-season inventory utilization:
- Provide all-season forecasting for stock sharing across all Channels including Franchise & Wholesale, Own Retail, eCommerce and outlets
- Deliver ongoing product and category performance and quantitative analysis e.g.net sales, best seller, margins, stock-turn, etc.
- Deliver event inventory estimation and preparation by Channels by buckets to ensure the sufficient stock to achieve the sales target
- Trigger Re-order and Speed-order discussions for all Channels
- Monitor returns and provide inputs for Franchise take back
Responsible for managing all-season operations:
- Align and communicate with buying team and channel operation team on product publishing/hard launch/hype launch execution and monitoring
- Provide support to allocation team
- Frequently communication to store operation team and SCM to manage masking product and shipping priority and logistics logic
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills–able to identify, analyse and propose solutions to various technical, operation and business issues
- Ability to create clear, concise, and actionable process and performance framework for internal clients and to influence their adoption of in-season trading into their day-to-day business
- Full blood team player able to work productively and co-operatively cross-functionally, with peers and across a Matrix, with stakeholders coming from different horizons. Systematically works to form trusted relationships that are the basis for respect and effectiveness
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to internal and external clients and vendors, both orally and in writing in both English & Mandarin
- A passion for delivering result-driven recommendations for quantifiable improvements in business results and consumer satisfaction
- Strong Hands-on experience in diverse in-season trading exercises with detailed and supportive orientation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or quantitative field and a minimum of 6 years of experience in supervisory role in Retail Merchandising or related environment
