Key Responsibilities:
Buying & Trading
Responsible for steering buying, planning, and trading across the eCom channel across SEA.
Steer OTB and in-take ratios within established expectations across the region for the SEA eCom landscape
Collaborate with the SEA Assortment Planning team to implement product mix according to the share of the business, the share of categories, gender-mix, etc,, for eCom business
Deliver best practice end-to-end in-season management including management of best sellers and worst sellers, in-season stock cover management, and in-season reactivity including but not limited to:
Support the implementation of key strategic priorities for eCom business across SEA in line with the business and eCom strategy.
Partner with EM eCom Analytics teams to build, deliver & interpret regular (Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/seasonal) category business & trading updates
Establish and continuously improve processes across buying, planning, and merchandising activities.
Drive and benchmark KPIs on productivity, sell-thru, and revenue targets.
Inventory Management:
Facilitate & provide documentation and information for monthly inventory meeting for inventory flow planning.
Partner with EM Hub Merch teams to build tools to enable teams to drive inventory conversations with country teams on ground.
Embed buying teams within country inventory control processes and ensure oversight and effective maintenance of inventory flows across each country.
Strategy & Team management:
Support the implementation of key strategic priorities for eCom business across SEA and country in line with the business and eCom strategy.
Drive and steer eCOM category strategy across SEA and support SEA Buying team enact and implement actions in support of the strategy and direction.
Own and manage Hype merch planning for the SEA region
Ensure appropriate leadership skills are present at every level by creating a motivational and supportive work environment in which employees are coached, trained and provided with career opportunities through development.
Continuously monitor and evaluate team workload and organizational efficiency.
Provide team members/direct reports with clear direction and targets that are aligned with business needs and DBC objectives.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Structured, organized and process orientated.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail
Fluent in English
Advanced user of MS Office suite of products – esp. Excel, Access, PPT
Advanced knowledge of Retail Management Systems – SAP AFS, SAP PGR, DVM, Microstrategy
Dashboarding/Data Visualization experience a plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree, ideally in business with sales and finance focus or equivalent professional experience
7-10 years’ experience in merchandising or related functions (incl. buying, planning, trading)
eCom experience a plus
