Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development & Delivery: Design and implement training programs for HR Service Delivery, including case management systems, HR processes, compliance, and service excellence. Create engaging training materials and facilitate sessions.
- Knowledge Management: Develop and manage a centralized knowledge repository for HR process documentation and training resources. Ensure materials are accurate and up-to-date.
- HR Service Quality & Compliance: Support training initiatives for HR compliance and regulatory requirements. Develop quality-focused training programs and conduct post-training assessments.
- HR Systems Training: Design and deliver training on the OneConnect HR Case Management System. Develop user guides and training videos.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR Operations, HR Service Delivery teams, COEs, and the Operational Excellence team to align training programs with business priorities.
- Performance Measurement: Establish training effectiveness metrics and continuously refine programs based on data and feedback.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in HR training, learning & development, or HR service delivery operations.
- Experience in developing and facilitating training programs for HR professionals.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, case management systems (e.g., OneConnect), and HR service delivery models.
- Excellent instructional design skills and knowledge management expertise.
- Experience in HR compliance training.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong technical aptitude and experience training on HR systems.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
- Project management skills and the ability to balance multiple initiatives.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring training effectiveness.
Travel Requirement:
- Up to 10-20% travel as needed to support training initiatives.
