Responsibilities
Scale Customer Engagements - Subject matter expert leading technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture design sessions, production ready pilots for the Microsoft solutions, with a focus on customer acquisition efforts at the top of the funnel and potentially new to our cloud technologies.
Scale Through Partners - Orchestrating complex solutions with internal and external partners for multiple Microsoft online services and solutions.
Build Strategy - Influences competitive strategy leveraging partner and internal teams; Acts as the voice of the customer by driving new feedback, blockers, insights, resource items across communities to support customer’s business outcomes and opportunities to promote usage.
Solution design & Proof - Helping identify and diagnose technical, architectural, and competitive blockers and respective solutions for sales opportunities and usage decision blockers and helping ensure that these solutions are implemented, prove capabilities and integration into customer environment in alignment with Microsoft standards.
Technical Leadership - Prepare technical insights and key scenarios required to drive the right technical and business solution outcomes.
