Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement an effective Change Enablement Strategy to accelerate the adoption of the model and enabling technologies
- Partner with cross-functional global teams to evaluate change needs
- Leverage leading practices and creative strategies to support various personas throughout the change cycle; managing appropriate timing and process for initiatives associated with change activities and communications
- Provide guidance and oversight for content creation supporting change strategies to ensure alignment with Boston Scientific values and brand standards
- Engage stakeholders to drive value and alignment executing on strategies across multiple programs and projects to achieve Global HR objectives and goals
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of Change Enablement Strategy using appropriate measures to track progress and manage risk in alignment with goals
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 7+ years’ experience in Change Management
- Global mindset; with experience building and executing effective Change Management plans/strategies for global, large-scale transformation programs.
- Demonstrated ability to work in and lead cross-functional teams
- Self-starter, ability to navigate across enterprise
- Proven capacity to manage simultaneous processes from start to finish
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management and/or Communications background preferred
