Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of JPMWM Content and Communications in managing the organization by helping to track critical deliverables and drive strategic initiatives.
- Project manage key projects that span across the full team. Partner with relevant internal and external stakeholders and represent the Head of Content and Communications in working groups.
- Work with financial partners and the leadership team to track overall budgets and assist with forecasting, planning, headcount, accruals and reconciliations.
- Develop and support senior level strategic presentations, including decks, briefs and talking points.
- Prepare full team agendas and manage the team’s continuing education schedule and employee engagement events, including team offsites.
- Help develop team priorities and track progress against them, including mid-year and end-of-year reports recapping the team’s work.
- Work with business management partners to keep the team’s business resiliency plans up to date and ensure the team maintains proper system access.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- At least six years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Journalism, Communications or other related area
- Ability to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions and collaborate closely with the Content and Communications team, internal stakeholders, and senior leaders
- Strong time management/prioritization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Advanced project management experience and organizational skills
- Strategic mindset and focus on driving business results
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters and exercise sound judgment
- Thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and able to manage multiple workstreams
