Project Support Assistant
You role:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining project documents such as plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and reports.
- Support scheduling and coordination of project meetings, including setting up agendas and recording action items.
- Help track project timelines and deliverables using shared tools or templates.
- Update and manage project-related databases and shared files.
- Prepare basic presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal use.
- Assist with monitoring project progress and identifying potential delays or issues.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders under supervision.
You are the right fit if:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in English, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
- No prior work experience required – on-the-job training will be provided.
