The “” will be based in, reporting to HR Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Time & Attendance management, including abnormal attendance handling, leaves/OT input and verification, monthly & termination attendance closing, PTO/OT/attrition reports providing etc.
  • Compensation and Benefit administration, including social insurance administration, housing fund administration, Individual income tax administration etc.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by leader.
  • 考勤管理,包括月考勤封账,考勤异常处理、假期/OT管理及考勤报表的制作;
  • 薪资福利管理,包括社保管理、公积金管理、个人所得税管理;
  • 按时完成上级交办的其他业务。

Qualifications:

  • College Degree and above.
  • 1 year+ C&B working experience or those with C&B working experience in large enterprise are preferred.
  • Good capability of English in reading and writing.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, taking seriously in working, being good at communicating with others.
  • 大专及以上学历,
  • 有1年以上酬福利模块相关工作经验,或大型企业薪酬福利岗工作经验优先;
  • 具备一定的英文读写能力;
