Your responsibilities

• Conduct product innovation research, which includes:
  • Online and offline benchmark studies
  • Scraping, processing, and analyzing user comments
  • Data processing, consolidation, and insight generation
• Support Integral Project Leads in maintaining project documentation and ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.
• Perform other duties assigned by the project lead, such as preparing summary materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations), meeting minutes, etc.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Be in your 1st or 2nd year of postgraduate study.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for the consumer goods industry (e.g., shaver, hair dryer, styler, IPL).
• Possess good English listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in technical or business-related majors.
• Be available to work 3 days per week for 4–6 months; availability for over 6 months would be a plus.
• Have a willingness to learn.
• Exhibit good communication skills.
