Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the business to set strategy, objectives, targets, and track outcomes, building the operational metrics framework across SSOps teams.
  • Support the development of agendas and preparation for management team meetings, business reviews, leadership offsites, and site visits.
  • Manage various stakeholders, engaging regularly across Finance, Controls, and Technology.
  • Support the annual investment governance process, including business case planning, approvals, and tracking.
  • Prepare communications, including town halls, all hands calls, newsletters, video messages, and organization announcements.
  • Assist with maintaining business hygiene tasks such as tracking mandatory training completion, access recertifications, and resiliency planning.
  • Demonstrate strong professional presence with the ability to communicate directly with stakeholders.
  • Assist with People Agenda, including DOI, recruiting, manager excellence, and recognition initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or business intelligence, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in financial services.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent English writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate, and develop strong partnerships with multiple levels of employees.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to present new ideas compellingly.
  • Ability to multi-task and work autonomously within a local and global team environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple assignments, stringent deadlines, and changing priorities.
  • Proactive, inquisitive, autonomous, enthusiastic, and diligent.
  • Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Software skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Business intelligence skills in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx Suite, SQL, Python, R, Prompt Engineering.
