As part of the Brand Marketing Team, you will work on stories and marketing campaigns that are inspired by the Athlete Way; featuring athletes (elite & everyday) and services to inspire and push the boundaries of sport & culture. You will help set the vision and develop brand plans that best elevate the superpowers of our elite athletes, aiming for a deep connection with the consumer muse and using relevant Sports Moments as background.
We are looking for a talented brand marketeer with strong affinity to sport, innovation and athletes, who is looking to accelerate their cross functional marketing skills and keen to envision the future of sport* and its influence over culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training
- 5+ years of related brand marketing experience
- Past experience with brand narrative & purpose campaigns focused on impact & reach, rather through brand management, brand creative and/or brand media executions.
- Proven track record of driving complex Marketing Plans through extensive cross-functional collaboration (including Global/Geo/City collaboration).
- Strong confidence in establishing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and wider portfolio of athletes.
- Strong team spirit and leadership, lead teams with passion, empathy & commitment.
- A desire & willingness to adapt to our consumers’ and organization’s needs to help shape the future of the game.

As part of the Brand Marketing team, you will work across all marketing functions and key cities, reporting directly to the team’s Brand Marketing Director. In the role, core responsibilities will include:
- Bringing the team’s vision to life through integrated marketing plans for our athletes and deliver end-to-end marketing execution of those plans in partnership with the cross-functional teams
- Identify, plan and lead sports moments' journeys & activations connected with the athletes plans, transforming the energy of sport into brand and business opportunities for Nike.
