Responsibilities
- Utilize various talent pools to proactively seek potential candidates.
- Review and filter resumes to identify top candidates that align with our technical and professional requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens and engage with candidates to evaluate their fit for various roles within the company.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding.
- Database Maintenance: Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in sourcing and screening resumes within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of the tech landscape in Israel.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
