Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to our teams worldwide, including profiling, sourcing, telephone interviews, in depth interviews, and extending offers.
- Provide impressive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback, interviewer preparation, and an effective interview frame.
- Work closely with hiring managers, become their trusted recruitment partner, provide guidance, and help them build exquisite teams.
- Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns.
- Provide insight, best practices, and interview preparation to both candidates & hiring managers.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on the specifications of each role and the requirements of each interview process.
- Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support recruitment business decisions, strategy, processes, and activities.
- Take part and lead cross organizational recruiting initiative promoting different topics like candidate experience, diversity, employer brand, EVP creation etc.
- Plan and organize recruiting related events and special projects.
Requirements:
- Native English and proficient Hebrew, alongside outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting in a fast-paced environment such as high-tech/start-up companies or recruitment agencies.
- Availability to work Monday-Friday.
- Proven experience in direct sourcing techniques.
- High level of efficiency, independence, time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, initiative-driven, independent, and highly organized with a ‘can do’ approach.
- High energy and collaborative team player.
