Lead sophisticated analyses to develop cutting-edge workforce management models and forecast future needs.
Apply advanced workforce planning techniques and tools (e.g., scenario modeling/planning, trend analysis, predictive modeling) to provide insight and recommendations on workforce plans
Analyze internal and external data to identify economic trends, demographic shifts, and capabilities that will impact the demand and supply of talent
Develop staffing utilization analyses and identify any improvement opportunities as well as help monitor overtime
Develop and communicate staffing metrics and utilization, including ad-hoc analyses and special projects
Stay at the forefront of industry advancements in AI technologies related to workforce management, integrating these insights to continuously enhance operational efficiency.
Mentor and coach a team of workforce management professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
Build and foster cross functional relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
7+ years of experience in workforce planning, strategic operations, and /or financial analysis and reporting
Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, Math or related field
Adept MS Excel or Google Sheet skills and comfortable working in Google Workspace; proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g. Looker) and SQL is a definite advantage
Must be an analytical and critical thinker with the ability to dig deep into the details but present high level findings to senior management
