In this role, you will manage, lead, and grow the team responsible for using data to forecast work, propose staffing plans, and balance cost, quality, and agility considerations to optimize workforce performance. Additionally, you will drive our ASO Operations data strategy, collaborating with cross-functional partners to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics, while building a common data foundation that supports robust reporting and analytics.Responsibilities include: Oversee Analysis: Define and implement scalable management systems that provide in-depth analysis support across ASO Operations, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve agility, workflow efficiency, and workforce effectiveness.Drive Data Strategy: Collaborate closely with ASO Operations stakeholders to prioritize data requirements and partner with technical experts on the development of a data warehouse that effectively surfaces and identifies operational bottlenecks.
