As a Collateral Svc Specialist III, you will service the loan after it has been paid in full, to ensure the collateral securing the loan is released.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive system research and draft collateral releases for WLS.
- Review and understand JPMC approval requirements for releasing collateral.
- Perform reconciliations of collateral items against loan systems and research outages.
- Research and respond to internal inquiries for prompt customer resolution.
- Key and update collateral information on the applicable collateral system.
- Understand and adhere to Bank policies and procedures.
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Meet and exceed established Service Level Agreements.
- Exercise judgment, discretion and prioritization.
- Participate in projects and working groups as required
- Other duties as assigned.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum of years of prior loan operations experience in a banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of loan documentation required, paralegal certificate a plus.

- Commercial Loan systems knowledge including, but not limited to, ACBS, Loan IQ, and VLS.
