As a Transaction Processing Specialist in Liquidity Operations, you will provide operational support for clients to meet daily obligations (such as its payables) likewise providing clients the opportunity to invest excess cash in a variety of investment vehicles.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of transaction management for clients are completed and client inquiries are resolved timely. Additional responsibilities include performing product set-up, transaction processing, account maintenance, trade booking and client inquiries. Inquiries are received via telephone, email, and CSX cases; the volume of inquiries are relatively nominal, but the complexity of the products requires the team member to be highly analytical.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operations of the Liquidity team which include trade booking, product set-up, client inquiries, adjustments and reconciliations
• Identify issues, analyze problems, and provide viable solutions
• Grasp processes and workflows quickly
• Possess ability to work successfully under tight time constraints in a fast-paced environment
• Manage assigned tasks and work in a team environment to achieve common goals
• Utilize flexibility and willingness to learn products and functions across different regions

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Excellent comprehension and observation skills
• Relevant Investment Banking experience
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a team
• Ability to demonstrate a strong client focus and ability to partner with various internal groups and client coverage
• Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
