What you'll do...

  • our Re t ail Media product.

  • Drive strategic technical decisions to transform our current home-grown technologies into a SaaS offering

  • Establish durable ways of working with product peers and other internal engineering teams to commercialize our current systems.

  • Build and coach a team of ICs and align their strengths to outcomes.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence


bring:

  • 2+ years of experience mentoring other engineers and 6+ years as an IC in engineering

  • or ad -tech, SaaS, or building multi-tenant platforms or services.

  • Experience architecting technical strategies for platform products that can serve many customers.

  • Experience in building and leading lean engineering teams.

  • Ability to clearly articulate a technical vision and energize engineers towards outcomes.

  • Experience working with large scale systems and cloud native systems.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
