Monitor silo levels and schedule silo material deliveries.
Perform receiving of inbound raw materials and create pallet labels
Escalate discrepancies on packing lists, certs, etc to Procurement and/or Quality.
Issue non-conforming product (NCR) form for item(s) with discrepancie(s).
Indirect material receipts of items and supplies sent to Central Stores.
Monitor and order both standard and CHEP pallets.
Arrange carriers for inbound shipments as needed.
Prepare weekly shipping schedule based on released sales orders and create delivery-due list for QA to ensure shipments are released on time and in full.
Prepare all necessary shipping documents and labels, collect certifications from QA, and coordinate any special shipping requirements (tailgates, air bags, pictures, etc)
Schedule shipments with carriers or freight forwarders per customer requirements.
Provide freight estimates upon request.
Ensure daily SAP transactions are complete and accurate. Investigate and resolve inventory and transactional errors.
Basic filing and record keeping of all Material Control documentation.
Monitor cycle counts and research errors for root cause and correction.
Assist Material Control Supervisor with tasks needed by Finance with month-end and year-end close.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Work Experience
Minimum 1-3 years Warehouse/inventory control experience required and
Previous manufacturing work experience preferred

Able to be aware of all relevant standard operating procedures as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
Experience with CGMP practices, ISO, and medical device manufacturing
Support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
Detail oriented and problem solving skills
Experience in plastics injection molding as a competent Operator/Inspector
Able to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times
Able to comply with the company’s quality policy at all times.

Medium-Exerting up to 50lb/22kg of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10lbs/4kgs of force constantly to move objects.

Stand and walk for 8-12 hrs. per shift
Must be able to lift 35 - 50 lb. unassisted and/or 51+ lbs. occasionally (team lift)
