What You'll Do…

• Operational Oversight: Supervise inbound, outbound, and claims processing , ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Team Leadership & Training: Directly supervise and mentor GSR 6 crew members , fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Workforce Management: Schedule workforce , manage overtime and vacation requests, and ensure proper crew coverage.
• Labor & Compliance: Maintain positive UAW relationships , resolve grievances, and ensure compliance with Ford-UAW contracts and ISO 14001 environmental standards .
• Process Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives , focusing on efficiency, inventory accuracy, error reduction, and customer satisfaction .
• Facility & Safety: Uphold building organization, cleanliness, and safety standards while driving adherence to company processes.
