The HR Data Governance and Analytics Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of professional team(s) and department(s). Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Contributes to standards around which others will operate. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function and coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, particularly colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Has responsibility for volume review, quality, timeliness, and delivery of end results of an area.Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specified projects ensuring consistency with Workplace Support Delivery.
Aids in aligning global strategy with regional and country specific priorities in partnership with respectiveregional, product, and/or countrycolleagues
Partners with respective lead on queue coordination for Service Now (SNOW) cases to ensure proper reassignments.
Establishes governance of aged cases for HR Delivery Partners.
Reviews, monitors, and recommends changes or enhancements to HRD Dashboard and systems.
Responsible for maintaining and tracking Workplace Support data and metrics and implementing relevant controls to meet departmental goals.
Resolves complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines, or processes.
Full ownership of one or more processes, reports, procedures, or products, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables.
Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues.
Identifies, documents, and understands project dependencies Identify key stakeholders who participate in project scope definition.
Measures project management performance against standards.
Establishes project communication needs and creates project communication plan.
Partners with cross function peers to create, administer, track, and eventually close project plan.
Manages and leads projects in collaboration with PMO partners, as needed.
Ensures resources are assigned to project & monitor commitment.
Ensures change control is executed throughout project.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
6-10 years of Human Resource experience
Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects or activities simultaneously.
Broad understanding of HR function
Demonstrates capacity to work in highly pressured & volatile environments.
Broad understanding of various HR tools and systems
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
