Your role:
Manage orders end-to-end, ensuring smooth processing in SAP and other key tools.
Handle order changes efficiently, meeting the needs of both customers and factory requests.
Build and maintain strong communication with stakeholders while providing exceptional customer service .
Monitor, report, and control the order book with precision and compliance ( ICS/SOx ).
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging Lean methodologies alongside your team.
You're the right fit if:
Some experience in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Customer Service (Order Management experience is a plus!).
Familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP systems (advantageous).
A strong customer service mindset, problem-solving skills, and cultural awareness.
Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
A proactive attitude and a passion for teamwork and growth.
