Your role:

• Manage orders end-to-end, ensuring smooth processing in SAP and other key tools.

• Handle order changes efficiently, meeting the needs of both customers and factory requests.

• Build and maintain strong communication with stakeholders while providing exceptional customer service .

• Monitor, report, and control the order book with precision and compliance ( ICS/SOx ).

• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging Lean methodologies alongside your team.

You're the right fit if:

• Some experience in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Customer Service (Order Management experience is a plus!).

• Familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP systems (advantageous).

• A strong customer service mindset, problem-solving skills, and cultural awareness.

• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.

• A proactive attitude and a passion for teamwork and growth.
