- Lead andmanage new compensation programs from design to execution
- Collaboratewith HR partners, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure effectivecommunication and seamless execution of compensation programs
- Regularlyassess the effectiveness of existing compensation programs and recommendadjustments as needed
- Partnerwith HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) teams on system enhancementsand builds
- Stayabreast of industry best practices and changes in legislation related tocompensation to ensure compliance
- Bachelor'sdegree, or equivalent in work experience
- 10+years of experience in compensation
- Provenexperience as a Compensation Program Manager or in a similar role,demonstrating a strong understanding of compensation principles and strategies
- Solidknowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
- Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to makeinformed compensation decisions
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborateeffectively across various teams
- Proficiencyin HRIS and compensation management systems
