Responsibilities:
Monitor multiple processes to ensure they meet the needs and intent of the business; sharing reporting and consistent updates to leadership
Identify and drive improvement that streamlines, automates, reduce risks of processes that would improve internal/ external customer experience
Exhibit creative thinking and problem solving skills to achieve desired outcomes, by bridging gaps, improving and clarifying needs and/or providing appropriate solutions that are scalable, standardized, and operational ready
Collaborate with peers on larger initiatives; may participate on cross-functional project teams and provide input for process improvement initiatives
Communicate updates with internal customers and stakeholders on new or existing processes
Partner with vertical risk managers to perform an analysis of risks and requirements and their association with the control
Supporting process documentation creation and revision, including version control
Assist in the planning and execution of control assessments and hygiene
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in Process Management, Risk Management or Project Management
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
BPM (Business Process Management), Lean Six Sigma, or Six Sigma Certification
