Responsibilities:
Create and maintain formal process documentation utilizing Business Process Management artifacts
Design and produce metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness of L2 processes and controls
Identify and Lead process improvement initiatives aligned with desired customer outcomes and issue resolution/risk mitigation activities to achieve breakthrough results
Tracking and resolving process breakdowns
Provide subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings
Meet with key stakeholders and business partners to share results, drive changes and gather requirements
Collecting data and using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to senior leadership into well managed health
Demonstrate curiosity and aptitude to learn about the current regulatory environment and internal policies within Retail Bank and the Enterprise
Handle multiple tasks independently to meet deadlines
Using and applying Six Sigma and Lean principles to improve processes
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED orequivalent certification
At least 3 years of Process Management experience or Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management Professional certification
4+ years of Process or Project Management experience
Risk Certifications (CRCM, CAMS, CIPP, ABA Risk Management Certification)
Payments Certifications (AAP, APRP, CTP)
