In this role, you will:
Develop strategic marketing initiatives that drive awareness of CIB’s growth and stature
Develop multi-channel, brand-building content that brings strategic initiatives to life, both on your own and in partnership with external agencies
Optimize CIB content across all touchpoints; ensuring it’s tailored to the specific characteristics and expectations of each format (i.e. print, digital, television/video, podcasts, social media, whitepapers, newsletters, webinars and events)
Leverage qualitative and quantitative data for content decisions and design recommendations
Partner with UX designers to ensure an engaging user experience
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience developing brand-building content strategies for an Investment Bank, Asset Management, or B2B financial services company
Desired Qualifications:
Experience optimizing content across all touchpoints and delivery vehicles
Experience mapping content to user intent and adapting UX end-to-end processes
Experience presenting creative ideas and effectively influencing decision makers
Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, and influences decision makers
