Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or related field AND 5+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, engineering or a related field

    • OR equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in skilling and enablement or community management.
  • 5+ years of experience managing people.
  • Experience in the Data & AI domain.

Learning Program Leadership and Execution

  • Develops, guides, and manages learning programs and initiatives for Data and Analytics relevant roles/stakeholders, aligned to business needs. Defines skilling experiences with a combination of live and on-demand learning with a goal of just-in-time enablement that maximizes seller productivity and minimizes ramp time. Defines learning objectives and outcomes with a learner-centric approach. Determines how to best leverage and apply resources available across the business to execute on the plan.
  • Leads the implementation of core learning programs and systems at a global and regional level. Drives the content improvement process through collecting, examining, and incorporating 360-degree feedback and data to make content and delivery adjustments. Implements and executes tactically on a strategic end-to-end learner journey and collection of learning experiences and programs that correlate to key business impact metrics such as seller productivity, revenue, and consumption.

Community Management and Role Ownership

  • Creates strategy and comprehensive plan to nurture the Data and AI relevant communities and develops the platform for knowledge sharing, feedback collection, and open dialog between the stakeholders.
  • Responsible for developing role success guides for Data and AI relevant roles/stakeholders as part of the fiscal planning process to create role clarity.
