Basic Qualification
- 12+ years of experience in data and analytics roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial positions
- 6+ years of experience developing data visualizations using Tableau
- Ability to write advanced SQL, performance tuning of Queries/Dashboards
- Experience data mining from multiple sources and build warehouse
- Hands on experience with anyone programming languages like Python, R, etc
- Ability to analyze unstructured / Semi structured data and derive insights
- Bachelor or advanced degree in Science, Computer Science, Statistics, orequivalent experience
Qualification
- Experience in area of data science (e.g., machine learning, deep learning, NLP)
- Experience in data preparation with ETL tools such as Alteryx or Talend or Tableau Prep
- Expertise in optimizing BI Data architecture and Dashboards for better performance
- Certification in Tableau / Data Science / Alteryx / Snowflake would be a plus
- Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organization, build relationships, and share ideas effectively to achieve broader organizational goals
