Key Responsibilities
Program Execution:
Support the delivery of recruiting programs like RTW, PwD, HackerRank, and legal requirements.
Assist recruiting leads with program tracking and reporting progress on initiatives to build candidate pipelines for senior tech and AE roles.
Operational Support:
Track recruiting metrics and maintain updated reports for leadership reviews.
Coordinate logistics for recruiting meetings, including preparing data summaries and addressing tactical issues.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between global initiatives and local teams to support alignment and execution.
Coordinate with stakeholders (TA, RC, ESBP, Office of Equality) to support recruiting operations.
Data Tracking & Reporting:
Maintain detailed tracking of recruiting goals, risks, and escalations, providing weekly updates to leadership.
Consolidate data for monthly and quarterly reviews, ensuring alignment with targets.
Process Support:
Assist with process improvements and ensure consistent execution across all recruiting programs.
Provide operational support to drive standardization while addressing regional nuances.
