Lead a team that hires the best, brightest, and most passionate people for Airbnb, especially those with experience from large-scale contact centers.
Your Expertise:
Minimum 12+ (or more) years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on fast-paced, high-quality, volume hiring in customer support in a large scale environment.
Deep understanding of the customer support industry and proven track record of creating and nurturing partnerships across this ecosystem.
5+ years of people management experience, leading a team of recruiting professionals who engage and hire customer support professionals.
Ability to curate world-class hiring processes to drive results.
Experience recruiting in general and administrative functions is a plus.
Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close exceptional candidates.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.
Well-developed analytical and influencing skills.
