Your Expertise:
10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on fast-paced, high-quality, speed-volume hiring in customer support.
2+ years of people management experience, leading a team of recruiting professionals
Experience recruiting in high volume, general, and administrative functions is a plus.
Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close exceptional candidates.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.
Well-developed analytical and influencing skills.
