Responsibilities

  • As the Mailchimp Field Enablement leader, you will partner cross-functionally, inparticular with Sales, Onboarding and CSM leaders and teams to developimpactful sales enablement programs and manage a team to support drivingacquisition, upsell and retention goals.
  • Strategize with the sales team to design and deliver comprehensive salesenablement programs. Ensure the Sales team is well-equipped with the contentand information needed to engage customers throughout the buying process.
  • Own the business outcomes, and communicate regular updates to leadershipthrough the development of monthly reporting presentations
  • Partner cross-functionally with the broader Product Marketing team, GlobalEducation/Training, Sales, Research, Legal, and others to generate salesenablement collateral for internal and external use. This includes deliverablessuch as pitch decks, product one-pagers, summaries of thought leadershipcontent, campaign briefings, and more.
  • Develop feedback loops with Sales leads and teams to gather essential insightsand improve sales enablement collateral for future success. These feedbackloops include but are not limited to: analyzing win/loss data, field enablementCSAT survey, monitoring sales conversations via Gong, and more.

Bay Area California 190,000-257000

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of business experience leading marketing strategy development andcross-functional execution
  • Marketing software experience preferred
  • Best in class Field/Sales enablement and messaging craft
  • Prior experience using enablement tools like Seismic and Gong
  • Experience working with a Global Sales team with specialized functions andneeds like Inbound, Outbound, and across geographical areas
  • Strong influencing and communications skills across all levels up to executive
  • Experience using sellers/customers insights and data to inform the developmentof winning Sales enablement strategy and translating it into actionable plans
  • Ability to prioritize and make strategic choices, specifically narrowing from arange of opportunities to highest-impact levers, balancing short and long termbusiness outcomes
  • Ability to identify big insights by synthesizing inputs from multiple data sources tounlock growth opportunities and developing the business cases and activationplans to support
  • Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communicationskills; storyteller

  • Strong results orientation and decision making skills
  • BA/BS required or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred
  • Experience with small business a plus
