Responsibilities- As the Mailchimp Field Enablement leader, you will partner cross-functionally, inparticular with Sales, Onboarding and CSM leaders and teams to developimpactful sales enablement programs and manage a team to support drivingacquisition, upsell and retention goals.
- Strategize with the sales team to design and deliver comprehensive salesenablement programs. Ensure the Sales team is well-equipped with the contentand information needed to engage customers throughout the buying process.
- Own the business outcomes, and communicate regular updates to leadershipthrough the development of monthly reporting presentations
- Partner cross-functionally with the broader Product Marketing team, GlobalEducation/Training, Sales, Research, Legal, and others to generate salesenablement collateral for internal and external use. This includes deliverablessuch as pitch decks, product one-pagers, summaries of thought leadershipcontent, campaign briefings, and more.
- Develop feedback loops with Sales leads and teams to gather essential insightsand improve sales enablement collateral for future success. These feedbackloops include but are not limited to: analyzing win/loss data, field enablementCSAT survey, monitoring sales conversations via Gong, and more.
