About the Role

- - - - What You will Do ----

  1. Campaign Management :
  2. Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and events to drive awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
  3. Oversee marketing initiatives from concept through execution across various channels, including digital, social, email, events, and more.
  4. Create detailed project timelines, track progress, and ensure campaigns meet deadlines and are delivered on budget.
  5. Content Strategy & Creation :
  6. Develop content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
  7. Drive the creation and delivery of high-quality content for various formats such as blog posts, social media updates, case studies, white papers, webinars, and email campaigns.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration :
  9. Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, lead generation efforts, and go-to-market strategies.
  10. Act as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related initiatives, coordinating efforts across different departments to ensure smooth project execution and alignment on business objectives.
  11. Digital & Social Media Marketing :
  12. Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO and social media.
  13. Develop social media strategies that build brand awareness and engage the AI/ML and tech communities.
  14. Analyze performance metrics to continually optimize campaigns and tactics.
  15. Event Planning & Execution :
  16. Coordinate and manage online and offline events, such as webinars, industry conferences, AI meetups, and user groups, to engage potential customers and promote Uber’s capabilities.
  17. Ensure post-event follow-ups and lead nurturing to convert engagement into opportunities.
  18. Handle all event logistics, from planning and speaker coordination to attendee engagement and post-event follow-up to ensure lead nurturing.
  19. Lead Generation & Nurturing:
  20. Develop strategies to convert prospects into qualified leads and move them through the funnel.
  21. Collaborate with the sales team to develop nurturing programs that engage leads and move them closer to becoming customers.
  22. Analytics & Reporting :
  23. Measure and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and customer engagement to track ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
  24. Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on campaign performance and business impact.
  25. Customer & Market Insights :
  26. Research and understand customer pain points, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  27. Work with the sales team to capture insights from prospects and customers to continuously refine messaging and strategies.

What you will need:

  1. 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  2. Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and cross-functional teams is a must.
  3. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  4. Strong writing and communication skills to develop content for various channels and collaborate with stakeholders.
  5. Experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and SEO/SEM
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  1. 5+ years of experience in B2B AI/tech marketing
  2. Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  3. Familiarity with AI/ML, data science, and technology industries is a plus
