Through the identification of process efficiencies, this role is responsible for concepting, designing and architecting technical solutions which are articulated through Product Requirement documents and Technical Specification upon which Engineering and partner technical teams can implement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Experience in developing and designing Marketing Campaign systems including CRM platforms, Campaign Attribution Tools, Affiliate Programs and the like.
- Strong writing and communication skills to support creation of specifications translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- 15+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or similar roles. We value expertise, but also encourage applicants with proven experience at any level to apply.
- Background in the financial services or FinTech industries is helpful, but not required.
- Process flow mapping experience
- Strong record of success in professional or personal pursuits and enjoy learning and growing through new challenges.
- Passionate about creating thoughtful, data-driven customer experiences and are energized by technology.
- Experience building trust and alignment across diverse teams, exercising influence with empathy and clarity.
- Ability to communicate clearly—verbally, visually, and in writing—and can tailor messages to different audiences.
- Familiarity with process improvement and project management methodologies and balance your technical understanding with a business mentality, using both to solve problems creatively.
- You are organized, meticulous, proactive, and focused on outcomes.
