Your key responsibilities
You will be responsible for executing AMF-based consultations, account acceleration sessions and account Sprints (1:1 account alignment on short-term basis) across many accounts and will be expected to bring best practices and drive key activities of EY’s Account Management Framework. You will work primarily with GCSPs and other account team leaders to co-develop account strategy, develop and guide the execution of account plans, and facilitate account growth strategy sessions. You’ll be expected to serve as a knowledge hub for accounts, connecting them to Account Management best practices that will drive growth for the account and/or to the right enablement resources leveraging the EY network to connect our teams and clients to the right people. As an Associate Director, you will lead innovation efforts to improve our account activation processes and tools, as well as identify and/or create new best-in-class account management assets to disseminate widely.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 10 plus years of account management or similar relevant experience
- Expertise in EY’s Account Management Framework (AMF) methodology
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Effective influencing and relationship building skills with strong executive presence
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and sound organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree (emphasis in Marketing or Business preferred)
Ideally, you’ll also have

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $129,500 to $249,200. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $155,300 to $283,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
