This Senior Associate position will lead the HR Talent Acquisition Product Operations Support team and interact with cross-functional partners to understand product strategies and roadmaps, resolve issues and escalations, and use data to generate insights and recommend and/or deliver improvements that enhance user experiences and remove friction.
Roles and Responsibilities
Establish well-managed processes that create a consistent and high level of satisfaction for our partners and users
Partner with our Product teams to understand product roadmaps and upcoming releases
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create project plans, roadmaps and timelines
Connect with cross-functional teams to support awareness and operationalization of upcoming product releases
Support product issues and escalations through a well-managed framework to ensure holistic resolution of issues and provide consistent and excellent customer service
Create and use data to generate actionable insights that can be shared with Product teams and other partners to improve user experiences and remove friction
Use new or emerging technologies to improve process, automate workflows or automate other manual work
Ensure auditing, reporting and budgeting activities are being conducted and delivered on time
Other miscellaneous - deck writing, communications, answering stakeholder questions regarding our processes or systems, etc
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience in Project Management or Process Management
At least 1 year of people leadership experience or experience leading project teams
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification
1+ year of experience in Human Resources
1+ years of working with a Product team
2+ years of experience in Project or Process Management
Experience with process automation using Hiver, Excel or Sheets formulas, Google Apps Scripts or similar tools
Managing work in an Agile environment and use of Jira or similar tools
