This function will Accelerate the AWS GTM Solutions strategy (as defined by our Operating Plan) through strategic initiatives that transform our organizational capability and operational excellence, ultimately helping AWS Solution scale. This position requires a strong understanding of the internal and external Partner business dynamics, AWS field enablement and planning process, and the ability to make important data-driven decisions and implement strategies that enhance performance.Key job responsibilities
- Accelerate revenues for AWS Solution, identifying the right initiatives to drive a single and unified view of AWS Partner strategy by closely coordinating with the BU strategic initiative leaders to maintain cross organizational awareness, and surface challenges, disconnects, and opportunities.- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance overall strategy deployment effectiveness.Diverse ExperiencesAmazon values diverse experiences. - 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
