YOUR FUTURE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused team member in the role of a Solution Advisor Senior Specialist (f/m/d) to strengthen our Concur team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing customer’s support requirements and designing an appropriate support solution that addresses those requirements.

Your tasks include:

• Provide product and business advisory assistance to Concur Travel & Expense projects to facilitate closing sales. Identify specific areas of prospect need and demonstrate how Concur’s applications fill those needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations for Travel and Expense and other Concur offerings
• Participate with Sales Executives to identify strategic approach most likely to persuade prospect to buy
• Support existing Concur customers building up further roll-outs and usage of additional Concur services
• Build and maintain thorough knowledge of all Concur products, upgrades, upcoming revisions, functionality, etc.
• Interacts with sales, marketing, implementation and external customers

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent training experience
• 2+ years experience in software presales/solution advisory, consulting and/or sales
• Business knowledge: ability to interpret and utilize industry information on competitors
• Strong presentation skills
• Knowledge of travel and related technologies
• Travel Agency background highly prefered
• Fluent language skills in English and German (mandatory)
• Experience in a field relating to Concur’s product lines and/or functional financial pre-sales functions (i.e. Online booking tools, ERP financials) is a plus
