In this context, she/he be working with internal key stakeholder & external agencies to deliver brand objective on consistent basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Uses market, industry, regional, consumer data and insights to identify best opportunities for development for Brand portfolio.
  • Keep monitoring on market trends and work with internal research team to added value from brand /communications strategy on the consist basis.
  • Develops fully IMC campaign base on calendar across ATL/BTL/PR to ensure maximum impact, efficiency, and alignment with Brand campaign strategic objective.
  • Lead large scale brand campaign / x-function campaign assets shooting driving both global and local agency
  • Formulate and communicate the strategies with x-function team and external agencies to ensure the best-in-class execution.
  • Works closely with BU to deliver the most transparency and ensure synergy.
  • Work closely with Global comms team to keep the consistency with the global guideline maintain routine communication flow.
  • Communicate with GCA team (HK/TW) for key marketing updates and maintain routine communication flow.
  • Work with brand PR team to communicate direction from integrated POV.
  • Plan and manage the marketing working budgets under Finance rolling forecast guideline
  • Proactively manage with agencies and vendors with corporate compliance guideline.
  • Engage with brand partners including strategic partners & key customers

KEY CRITERIA

  • Education with major in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related disciplines. Overseas education background will be preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong story telling capabilities from ideation / crafting to articulation.
  • 8 – 10 years proven experience in marketing, PR or media communication, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Candidates with strong agency background specially in Strategic Planner / Planner role and client-side experience will be prioritize.
  • Demonstrated experience in Fashion retail/Luxury/Lifestyle/MNC will be an asset.
  • Passion for the Fashion industry and brand and demonstrated good sense on fashion and trend will be value add.
  • Result/KPI oriented and proactive.
  • Able to handle stress from timeline and working scope.
  • Attention to details and sensitive to finance data.

COMMUNICATION

  • Possess strong communication skills, excellent command of English, on top of Chinese-Mandarin.
  • Good presenter and be able to present in high stake meeting with bilingual approach.

  • Demonstrate critical thinking ability, identifies critical issues with reason, logic, judgement, and data to evaluate alternatives and recommends solutions.
  • Out of box /forward thinking, sensitive to new trend and be able to translate to meaningful new ideas, forms, methods, interpretations, etc.

    This position plays a key role in accelerating growth of adidas Sportswear brand as the best sportswear brand.

    She/he will be driving the overall brand equity creation process from with a strategic focus on Narrative creation, Consumer insights, Assets creation and integrate into IMC campaign which delivers impact to the market.

    She/he will drive brand governance with Director and VP to accelerate adidas Sportswear brand momentum uplift on the market.
