Collaborate across the Cisco marketing, sales, marketing analytics, marketing operations and CSM product marketing teams to help build a comprehensive strategy for our partners
Develop and communicate a comprehensive global channel marketing strategy
Provide vision and direction for your team, define goals, design partner programs, and track and analyze metrics/results
Work with regional sales and marketing leaders to ensure appropriate execution of our strategy to drive results through different routes to market
Balance the needs of new ways to approach partner growth with supporting the continued growth of established channels
Manage and hold team accountable for channel campaign reporting, monitor quarterly metrics, and make necessary program adjustments to improve performance
Actively expand team’s impact and visibility within Cisco marketing and sales in each region
Provide guidance, professional development, and coaching to team members to create an industry leading partner marketing strategy team
Who You Are
12 +years of experience managing and working in a large partner marketing ecosystem within the technology space
Experience managing large global teams is required
Strong knowledge of all routes to market for partners - resellers, distributors, service providers, and managed service providers.
Lead both individual contributors and first-level team managers and continuously grow in skill and responsibility
