Senior Manager, Software Engineering

Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years of experience in software engineering or related area; Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 5 years of experience in software engineering or related area.

Experience leading software engineering teams. Experience designing and implementing REST API web services using Java and Javascript. Experience with Azure Cloud Service and microservices architecture using next-gen technologies and cloud design patterns. Experience with database design and optimization in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), including Oracle, and NoSQL Databases, including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, Cosmos, and Cassandra. Experience with messaging systems, including Kafka. Experience with asynchronous programming, including Node.js. Experience driving operational excellence and engineering excellence metrics. Experience participating in code reviews and facilitating design discussions.
