Job Title: Senior Account Manager, Channel and OEMs, Advanced Materials EMEA
Remote in country (Europe)
Key Responsibilities:
The Sr. Account Manager is accountable for developing our network of OEMs throughout Europe supporting our vertical, end-user, demand generating market approach in industrial, district heating networks, residential, food retail and commercial buildings sectors.
Effectively manage the territory for maximum revenue and contribution to meet or exceed sales AOP (budget).
Negotiate & manage long-term sales agreements with OEMs supplied direct or through channel partners.
Build close, long-lasting relationships and partnerships with decision-makers across all levels and functions.
Update & implement the strategic account plans on a regular basis – align with Technical, Sales development and Marketing functions on the mid/long term strategy & action plan at least Quarterly.
Comprehend the market dynamics and gain market intelligence to develop insights to gain competitive advantage to grow our pipeline of opportunities.
Update the sales forecasts assuring volume and price accuracy and overall sales achievement on a monthly basis; analyse and report weekly the Risks & the Opportunities vs the forecasts.
High level of resilience as well as strong influencing, negotiating and closing skills.
Ability to comprehend and clearly articulate value propositions and selling solutions
Comfortable with 50+% travel across Europe
An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
Bachelor’s degree preferable
An ability to influence across a broader organization
