Key job responsibilities
• Set a strategic business development plan for target markets and ensure it is in line with the company strategic direction; Serve as a key member of China Network Service team, focused on product GTM for usage-based Network Services;
• Fill the business development pipeline by engaging with internal stakeholders, partners, and key customers; Prepare and deliver business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new opportunities.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints;
• Track and maintain information on correspondent industry segment trends, competitive landscape, and developments in terms of technologies, coverage, cost and deal structures on usage-based network services
• Work closely with the account teams, collaborating on network service & solution promotion, business case development, deal analysis, and GTM program design.About the team

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations while prioritizing competing demands to deliver on time for our customers;
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and Mandarin;

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
