Your key responsibilities
You will spend your time supporting client engagements by coordinating day-to-day interactions with clients regarding all tax compliance and consulting projects, reviewing staff work product, driving delivery of services to meet deadlines, developing internal team members, and tracking engagement economics. You'll continuously build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to complex situations. In this role, you will also be tasked with identifying and resolving tax technical issues and sharing insights to improve our efficiency.

To qualify for the role you must have
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a graduate degree in Tax or Law and approximately two years of related work experience
- CPA certification or licensed attorney status or eligible and working to obtain
- A background in US federal and state income tax compliance and accounting for income taxes across multiple industries and entity structures (corporate and / or partnership operating entity experience)
- The ability to prioritize when working on multiple projects, and the confidence to engage and integrate directly into our clients' teams
Ideally, you will also have
- A proven record in a professional services environment
- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- The ability to adapt your work style to work with both internal and client team members

The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $90,200 to $148,700. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $108,300 to $168,900. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
