Responsibilities include:
Partner with management to attract, develop, engage and retain highly qualified talent globally to meet the business' needs.
Responsible for crafting and implementing the company’s talent management tools and processes, and for delivering consultative services to management in support of talent decisions.
Guide on company management in personnel policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions and actions consistent with applicable laws, Company policies and processes and strategic direction.
Lead annual focal process and budget across his group, including support in design and understanding of KLA pay and benefits structures, guiding appropriate employee compensation, assessing competitive and equity
Define, analyze, and measure outcomes of HR programs through data analysis, reporting and presentation.
Provide coaching, tailoring suggestions, as appropriate and balancing individual and company needs.
Provide strong HR consulting services in the handling of employee relations issues and successfully conduct investigations, as needed.
Promote organizational change by providing tools, advice and guidance to the business
Identify learning opportunities and organizing needs and patterning to provide developmental solutions
Educate, guide and assess regulatory compliance and reporting to management
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology or related Business Administration and work experience of 8+ years
