Responsibilities
As a Security Partner Solution Sales professional, you will:
Develop and execute a Security Solution Area Sales Plan with assigned partners, driving sales through co-sell strategies to achieve quarterly Cloud Solution Area (CSA) targets across the SMB business.
Lead your partners’ commercial performance in Security, driving CSP revenue and supporting customers in modernizing their security posture.
Act as a trusted advisor and business leader, developing the business strategy between Microsoft and your partners, and enhancing your consultative selling skills through MCEM training.
Own the Security Solution Area pipeline with assigned partners andleverageinvestments to drive pipeline velocity in the SMB business.
Be accountable for Security CSA revenue forecasts across your partner portfolio.
Drive CSP revenue growth through scalable Security solutions.
Coach partners on the value of Microsoft Security plays and the corresponding sales levers to drive Reach, Frequency & Yield.
Responsible for Top Security Deals with pinned partners (above $ threshold) & updating information in MSX (Microsoft Seller Experience tool).
Utilize investments and incentives to accelerate Security deal progression and encourage deployment and consumption.
Support partners in advancing key Security deals, removing commercial blockers, and addressing competitive challenges.
