You should have a demonstrated ability to move quickly, think strategically, and communicate clearly. Success criteria for this position will be the ability to enable a large number of partners across a given geography, and building a healthy co-selling channel.
Key job responsibilities
• Identify new co-sell opportunities with AWS sellers and APN partners
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts sales, and report on sales performance to leadership
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (e.g. inside sales, marketing, solution architects)
• Development and maintain relationships with AWS sellers and APN partners.
• Utilize CRM systems and other analytics tools to establish and report detailed metrics.
A day in the life
- 1+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience setting up and managing a sales pipeline
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
- Experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management
- Prior experience working in the cloud-based partner ecosystem
- Solid understanding of cloud solution providers and partners
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 2+ years of sales experience and cloud industry
