Job Description
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities critical to the performance of the role.
Commercial Excellence
Define the skill gaps; develop and execute suitable learning and development platforms and modules for the sales team across all Business Units to ensure sales excellence through training & exposure.
Training Excellence –Build the right commercial mindset & culture across business units
Create and deploy practical learning modules for newly hired team members (Induction) in all the commercial teams
Ensure field competence and capabilities through various knowledge assessment methodologies
Ensure Managerial Effectiveness through various learning tool and in accordance with the WoW Manager Behaviors
Sales Force Effectiveness
Responsible for entire sales and forecasting data of each Territory, Region, Zone and Business unit, Compilation, and analysis of Targets of year/month targets (Up to territory level)
Complete data generation and calculation and approval process of SIP’s for all the Business units,
Motivation and guidance and training to all BU teams to make best use of MAXX and other BI tools.
Addressing all issues and concerns of Field force pertaining to MAXX with help local IT or COE team. Testing and Implementation of new functionality included by Global MAXX Team.
Training and guidance to field force for best utilization of new functionalities and CRM system.
Dash-Board management: Creation and management of Dashboards for management team to share various information eg CESSA. Creation of various reports through MAXX and available data to improve decisions of various Business units with help of BI.
All event and activities data required to Business units about events, samples use, detailing at territory level/Region level and Business unit level should be provided to various stake holders with various sources or through MAXX.
Extending support to neighboring countries for brochures approvals in VEEVA, Co-ordination with local and Global COE team for MAXX and other system
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications that are job related, consistent with business necessity and necessary for the performance of the essential functions of this role; includes education/licenses/certifications,relevant experience, technical and/or other job-related skills.
8-10 years’ relevant experience. MBA preferably.
Should have relevant experience in the Pharma Industry. Qualification in Business Analytics/BI/Market research will be an added advantage.
Excellent Training and IT skills and knowledge (MS Office).
Good business acumen, analytical ability, good efficiency in Excel/Power point, Knowledge about Pharma / Health Industry, Dashboard Management, Salesforce, Veeva, Marketing Cloud, Survey tools
