Job Description

Position Purpose

Key Result Areas & Tasks:

  • Build, lead and execute all Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives, coordinating with BUDs/Marketing/Sales teams to support development of strategic go-to-market plans with clear business priorities to facilitate successful implementation of new programs to build a high-performing sales organization.

  • Define goals and develop performance metrics to drive faster revenue growth and increased sales productivity. Generate actionable insights and engage leadership to support changes.

  • Implement and optimize SFE methodologies in alignment with the regional approaches and the specific business needs in the local market:

  • o Segmentation, targeting, resource allocation; Calls/coverage/frequency planning

  • o Establish and drive efficient sales process and tool improvements to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team.

  • SFE / Sales / Market Analysis reporting and analysis:

  • o Market analytics, market sizing, competitive analysis;

  • o Monitor, analyze and communicate targeted, relevant sales information to facilitate understanding of business performance across segments, accounts and geographies to make informed decisions regarding opportunities and performance

  • o SFE KPI dashboards to monitor relevant metrics and KPIs, ensuring commercial team has visibility and meaningful insights to their progress versus identified goals and metrics.

  • o Evaluate new data sources from time to time and optimize value from existing data sources.

  • o Motivation programs / incentive & compensation schemes.

  • Manage the Veeva CRM and Multichannel execution.

  • Training activities for KAMs, BCM, etc. related to SFE/sales/market analysis.

  • Manage relationships with third party data suppliers, and provide training and support across SF teams in using such 3rd party data in an efficient and effective manner.

  • Other specific SFE related projects

Qualifications

  • Technical/Mathematician/Economical/Marketing education.

  • Minimum 3 year of experience in multinational company within the similar positions.

  • Experience in project management.

  • Language: English – intermediate.

  • Technical skills:

    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerQuery, Power BI and all Microsoft office applications is a must, CRM SalesForce/Veeva - preferably.

    • Experience working with large data sets.
