  • . Responsible for overall execution of the operating plan including area pricing strategy, mix management plans, demand review input ,
  • ing and manag ing successful launch and commercialization of NPIs including developing and achieving NPI targets and supporting successful E2E commercialization
  • Providing support and guidance to countries on training and education related to new product introductions.
  • Working closely with cross-functional team members to tailor USAC prioritized programs and tactics for implementation
  • area insights into customer , competitor,
  • and creating p ortfolio s trategies and marketing plans for successful implementation in USAC
  • Working closely with commercial and marketing center teams to develop and execute end user and channel programs
  • s and film constructions as well as life cycle management of SKUs including creating, updating , and discontinuing
  • maintain and update 3M web content as well as o versee ing content translation processes for Canada and ensur ing timely updates
  • utilizing data and appropriate analytics
  • ing pricing management for the area including standard pricing simplification, NPI
  • ing with sales teams for new customer growth opportunities including identifying
  • escalations identified by the area sales teams, including managing issues like delivery, quality
  • from an accredited institution.
  • Five (5) combined years of experience in Marketing, Sales, and/or Business in a private, public, government, or military environment

qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in a master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or Strategy

  • Experience identifying and understanding customer pain points and translating into new product ideas

  • Ability to use analytics to take projects effectively from analysis to insight and implementation

  • Advanced P&L financial acumen and analytics experience

  • Proficiency working in 3M systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel - pivot tables, SAP, PowerBI, SFDC, GDPT/Vendavo/Vistex, Horizon)

  • Experience in sales or experience in a customer facing role

  • Analytical aptitude with strong ability to turn data insights into action, with effective storytelling

  • Understanding of price management and financial acumen (Net Sales, MDF/Rebate, GM, COGS)
